Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. If you order a large or more than one item the order will be best to take over the phone to allow one cost for shipping. Out the side the UK the appropropriate cost of delivery will also be added. |

Returns Policy All products may be returned within 7 working days of reciept. Please note that with correctly supplied goods all carriage charges must be paid by the ordering customer, I.E. the amount refunded to the customer will be original purchase price less carriage charge, E.G: a puchase of £60.00 with an outward carriage of £7.50 being returned at a cost of £7.50 will mean a customer refund of £45.00 * When we have supplied the goods incorrectly the full amount paid by the customer will be retunred.
